Dear Devinder, As mentioned before I received a letter from the embassy that they found something regarding the Police Clearance of my husband- that was an old case way back 1988. We just produced the documents the embassy needed, submitted it last April 2011 and on 11th September I received an email from the embassy requiring us to submit new Police clearance for me and for my 2 daughters (who are now over 18) and along with the email is the notificationt hat they will be sending the medical request forms..I received the medical form on 3rd week of September and the forms were dated 18 Sept. Congratulations Issah, for receiving medical request, but you did not update anything for your case, can we know when u got your medical request and what is the updates of ur case.

In Provincial nominee guidelines it states that must include with your application original police certificate for every country you have lived in for 6 months or more since age of 18, based on that I included the nbi clearance (went to Phil embassy for application form and finger printing, then send to nbi pinas and authorized my relative to file it and collect the nbi clerance). |

how long it take after additional papers request in provincial SNIP from abu dhabi ? they ask for police and bank statement but no ILETS can they ask later ? thanks

Hello Devinder ! have sent 2 inquiries to Canadian Embassy-Abu DHabi and I received 2 identical replies from them. I think the reply is common to all sending their inquiries also. To date, still no response from them regarding the AOR. I called the EXCHANGE HOUSE where I got my Demand Draft to pay the Application fee, they told me that DEMAND DRAFT has been cleared on June 22 if I'm not mistaken. I submitted my application on May 31st. Since I don't get any response from the Embassy, I want to believe that they started to review my application on June 22nd also. That's how it is. I'm keeping my fingers cross that they will send the medical request after 6-7 months from June 2011. ATAND |
