Hello All friends, thanks GOD i received my AOR dated 19sep2010, avarge processing time 9 to 12 month and they requst to submit IMM5549 I already sended but they ask for that. and they send me two set of IMM5549 on each form there is my file no. now robert please advice my i need to fill these forms or send again the old one. and what is the proper procedure to send mean i send with covering latter or no need. best wishes for all and looking fwd for robert medical requst t.c all |

Congragulations for AOR.
As of form IM5549 , if you didn't travel to any place since you sent the last one you can resend it (Review waht you send befor to insure that you fill all the required information) don't keep any time gaps, don't leave any question without answer in not Applicanle you have to mention (Not applicable) but don't leave any thing without answer.
Any one of your family who is included in your application and who is above 18 years should submit Form IM5549
You need to make simple cover letter showing clearly you file number , Name, Date of Birth and nationality
Simply you can write:
Dear officer,
As per your request , i am attaching here with the suplementary form( IM55499)
On the envalope you have to show clearly the folloiwng:
Applicant name:
File Number :
Provincial Nominees:
Date of Birth :
Country of birth:
Be sure to scan the same form and to send it by email with the same above wording
Do mention in your email that you send the original signed copy by courier (This is what i did)

thankyou so much robert for detail answers. i more thing i would like to ask they sended me the form with sticker of bar code and my file no. i have to send this one or others no problem and 2nd thing the space of my traval details and job responsibilites not to much how i write more details and the last thing when i fill my form x mark come in the box instead of right mark is it normal? regards t.c |

but if they send you the form this way, then it is better to fill the same form and send it back to them.
As of detailes of your travel and job resposibilites, just be stright away with that and do it as actual.
