Hey,

Am going from Dubai to London and spend a couple of days there, so will be taking Emirates Airlines. Then I will land in Montreal via Air Canada.

I think the whole trip back and fourth is for around AED 4500 ./..

Cheers

We have included IMM5549 in our federal application even it is not included in the checklist. I believe it is a MUST to submit in cic Abu DHabi.

Proof of Custody is needed if the principal applicant is ONLY traveling along with your kids. It can be obtained from your embassy or from your country (Notary Public)

If your family are traveling together, this proof of custody is no longer required.

I believe those documents in your checklist are all they wanted initially.

Issah

Hello all Seniors - Applicant of CIC Abu Dhabi UAE

My Timeline
Sept.2010 - Application Submitted to MPNP Family Stream
AOR – Nov-2010
Sponsor Interviewed – 05-04-2011
Waiting for LOA

I want to know which forms & documents are required to submit in CIC Abu Dhabi, Issah helped me with some details and it is my humble request to you all seniors to advise me that the following forms and documents are complete to apply in Abu Dhabi CIC.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008egen.pdf (Main Application 2 Pages) IMM 0008

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_1e.pdf (Schedule 1: Background/Declaration) IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.PDF - Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]

Classes: Provincial Nominees [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4], I do not think 4A will be required for Family Stream

IMM5549 - Supplementary Information – is it required?

Documents required to be submit along with Application:

1-Birth Certificates for Main Applicant, Spouse and Children
2-Marriage Certificate
3-Proof of Relationship with Canadian relative.
4-Proof of Custody of under the age of 18 - what will that proof?
5-Police Clearances Certificate of each Country lived from age 18

In addition, all other documents as per http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37146.pdf.

Thanks and Regards

Hello - to those of you who got their visas issues.

I have sent my passport reached the Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi on Sunday morning. The letter which i received stated that they require 5 working days to stamp the Visa and send the passport back to me.

I would like to check with you if they actually respect those time lines. I am in great need of my passport as I am scheduled for extensive travels in the coming couple of weeks.

Can someone help?
