Team, medical test of my baby done last friday in Philippines . As per new procedure they will forward the result to CEM instead of LVO..

Anyone had experienced the same?

How many weeks or months before PPR?

I just checked TNT website today, meds results was sent yesterday by the DMP and still in transit, expected to reach LVO tomorrow, will update you once it is received in London

my sis-in-law has already obtained the AOM from NSO, my friend is coming back from Phils on Friday and she will hand carry it...i will submit it to ADVO as soon as i have the docs next week...

im new to this forum, i read thru the discussion and found the same requirements from ADVO regarding the request of Advisory on Marriage, is it authenticate also by the DFA, i.e. REd ribbon? How long the AOM does it takes from NSO?

it will take 3 working days only...I just send the original copy from NSO, not sure if it needs to be authenticated by DFA...

My status changed to Medical Results received when I send my PP for Visa stamping. but held due to change of family composition.
I declared my 5 months old daughter and required to conduct medical though she wont accompany me yet to Canada.
Documents and pictures has been submitted 28-April-12. after her medical with satisfactory results they will  issue another passport request.
My passport request received after 4 months  from my Medical.

how would you start notifying the ADVO for additional dependent? Have you sent an email to them or just sent the documents via snail mail?

we have a new born baby now and we would like to add as additional dependent. We notify the ADVO thru email before requesting the procedure/form but no response since then. Me & my wife are on waiting for MR & Our baby's passport is on process now.

I just made a letter informing them that my fiance gave birth and I've attached their Birth Certificate and send along with my original passport bec. it was my PPR during that time.

I suggest try to send them an email follow-up so they will send your family MR including your new baby.

It took 3 months for me to wait for the MR includes 3 email follow-up to ADVO.

Would it be ok if I enclosed a letter informing them about the add'l dependent so that MR will send to us will be for me, my wife & my baby? My baby is 1week old now and we are arranging her birth cert & passport. Do u think they will send the MR for my baby though we dont have her papers yet?

Just want to update you all...our Medical Results has been received at London Visa Office yesterday Aug 06, hopefully within a month they will send the clearance to ADVO, i wish they will update the ECAS soon...now waiting mode for PPR! goodluck to all of us...

Yes you can include a letter. But surely they will request you to re-submit forms due to change of family composition.

You need to clarify in the letter if your baby will accompany you or not. After declaration they will send you an email indicating forms your need to re-submit and pictures required.
As per their procedure, we need to declare new dependent otherwise we cannot sponsor them in the future.
Just settle the documents required for your baby ASAP so that MR will be send to you all together.
