Hi guys... I was reading the previous posts and got a bit confused. Can someone enlighten me please?  I have submitted my application online under family stream. My sponsor has yet to be interviewed. I'd like to prepare the documents in advance before receiving the LOA but I don't know what documents to prepare and where exactly to submit. I am residing here in Dubai and thought that maybe Visa Offices have different procedures depending on where one is presently residing. Please correct me if I am wrong... Upon receipt of the LOA, required documents (whatever they are) have to be submitted via snail mail to CIO, Nova Scotia, right? What is then the role of the London Visa Office and Abu Dhabi Visa Office? Why are there file transfers? I hope you don't mind, but can anyone please share their LOAs or just the instruction on what, where, when and how I must submit the required documents. Thanks in advance... God Bless  |

- LOA plus required Documents by CIC to be forwarded to Nova Scotia
- AOR CIO Nova Scotia and files will be forwarded to LVO to determine what Visa office your papers are going to be processed.... for residents of KSA, UAE, QATAR, etc. VO is Abu Dhabi
- Once your documents is received by ADVO they will send you another AOR
Much apppreciated, thanks! Documents have to go to Canada first, then London and bounce back to Abu Dhabi.  |

hi sset12 - i'm just confused, i got a call 2 weeks ago when they sent me the AOR, confirming my address. .. however up to now they have not send the MR. hmmnn they even told me they will send it through Aramex because I told them to send it through my residential address instead of my Philippine address (current mailing address at that time).

adg, thanks for the good wishes and keeping us in your prayers... i am claiming it now with God's grace  btw, i already scheduled for pick up today till 6pm the additional documents requested by the VO...while preparing the envelope, i just got a call (Tel# 97126940300 -you might want to save it) at first i thought it was the courier, fortunately, it was the embassy...the caller just asked to confirm my PO Box # (not the entire address). She said that they are about to send the MR forms....hurray!!!...so excited about it i felt like i'm in the cloud 9... i guess I will expect it before end of this week(wishful thinking) or before the month ends...cheers for everyone!!!! God bless us all! more goodnews for all of us... immrox, your MR is on the way...it will just pop up in your door   congratulation dear |

thanks auie for the good news...yes, we will receive our MR within this week. i felt relieved when you said we have the same receiver coz as per the Aramex website the destination is DUBAI (instead of AD) so i called them up to verify and ensure it was delivered in Abu Dhabi and not at the Dubai Canadian consulate office...it made me nervous that's why I asked you about it... now no worries appreciate your time. god bless us all! |
