To day i got email for the additional document so sset be happy ...as they got our documents ....
as mine file and urs was sailing in the same boat...

They require Form IMM 5549 for you and anyone above 18 in your application, check properly sometime they mention, we will send your medical shortly by regular mail. In same email in center somewhere.

Check your e-case status after Tuesday it can be in Process.

HI DKSU they had given me the link for the form to download.. but i am unable to access that link are u sure that they require this form as an supplementary information .. so i will prepare it and also they told me to send it by the Email so can i fill this form and after signing and scanning i must send them by an email.Or i have to send them through Post.

Hello Sking,

When i received Additional Documents Request for supplementary information, the form was attached in the email itself. If they gave you the link it should open , try to open in internet explorer and if the advised you to send by email then better the send by email but cross check normally they need original forms signed by applicant. I send them by post.

I did not include that form IMM5549 coz it is not included on the new checklist from CIO ...good thing I have already filled up that form and saved it (i had that file since Nov2011 coz I was about to send it directly to ADVO but there was some delays on my PCC that's why I opted to send my application to CIO as per their checklist) just in case they will ask that from me, I can send it right away. thanks for asking at least it gave me an idea to be proactive

btw, IMM5549-Your Travels (ADVO checklist) is the same as IMM5562E -Supplementary Information (CIO checklist) they just have a different format.

hi sset12, i'm still in the philippines for vacation, just opened my email and received one mail from abu dhabi visa office requesting me to send them form imm5549... i don't know why.. will be back in riyadh this coming 29th and that's the only time i can fill up the form they required... they mentioned in the email that i must sent it to them before July 02.... i'm still confused why they have requested such form wherein fact it was not required before.... any input... thanks..

i don't know why they preferred that form IMM5549 although the CIO checklist also includes IMM5562 whick is also a supplementary form. maybe that is much convenient for them or it could be due to uniformity of files/records (just guessing). Anyway, just provide the requested additional documents and sent it accordingly. Did they also mention that your MR  will follow?
Please do me a favor and kindly forward a copy of that email to my email. I assume they have sent my AOR thru a snail mail too coz the AOR from LVO was sent thru snail mail.
