PNP PROCESS TIME IN ABU DHABI OFFICE

 with the grace of Allah I got my passports today with the sticker of visa.They stamped visa on 13th of March 2012 and the expire of visa is 21st March 2012.
I required your prayers to cope up with this race.
Thanks to all those fellows who guided me and kept my hopes up.

I GUESS THE LONDON-ADVO WILL BE ACTIVE AGAIN IN APRIL COZ BASED ON THE TIMELINE (JUST MY OBSERVATION) THEY WERE ACTIVE DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, DECEMBER, THEN ON FEBRUARY...IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE ACCOMODATING THE PNP FILES EVERY TWO MONTHS INTERVAL 

GOODLUCK TO ALL OF US, LET'S CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THE POSITIVE OUTCOME OF OUR APPLICATION!

7.6. Processing the application
When a visa office receives a certificate of nomination under the provincial nominee class, the
officer should proceed to issue medical instructions and carry out normal security screening
procedures as soon as possible, provided a complete application has been received.
Monitoring and compliance
Officers should request additional documentation or clarification from the applicant or the
nominating province if they are not satisfied that all criteria will be met by the applicant.
If the nomination certificate is not a sufficient indicator that a foreign national can economically
establish in Canada, an officer may substitute their evaluation of the likelihood of the foreign
national to become economically established in Canada for the nominating certificate. Such a
substitution requires that the officer consult with the government that issued the certificate and
also requires the concurrence of a second, appropriately delegated, officer.
The intention to reside in the nominating province should be reaffirmed in all cases. This is
especially important when it is anticipated that a significant time lag may occur between
nomination and visa issuance.
Officers who have reason to believe that an applicant, whose nomination certificate was issued
after September 2, 2008, was nominated on the basis of a passive investment, should proceed to
interview the client and/or request additional documentation to satisfy R87(5), (6) and (9)
requirements.
When all requirements have been met, the officer may proceed to issue the permanent resident
visa.

Btw, can you share and post here the content of the AOR that you received from ADVO on Feb 15th (just omit the file/UCI #) I just want to see what is mentioned on their AOR now that new process is in place. Did they also mention the processing time? I noticed that in some VO they specifically mentioned their processing time (e.g. NDVO & Manila).. see below excerpt from the AOR of NDVO:

Please do not contact us before six months have passed since you received this letter. Due to the high volume of inquiries received in this office, we will not be able respond to inquiries sent within six months.

Just curious if all RPC or local VO has standard AOR

thanks IMMROX. I guess they (ADVO) are still using the OLD template of the AOR.
yeah, I wish our PRV will be processed and issued within 6 months as mentioned in LVO website.
