Just to inform you that my husband received our medical request (via snail mail) a few minutes ago!
Medical is dated september 7, 2011. I hope we can still catch up with its expiry date as my husband is in the process of renewing his passport via phil embassy in riyadh (expected time of release is by mid October).
Please pray for us....

Congratulation, and don't worry for anything God will do everything fine for you. Even you can request your embassy and explain them your requirement so they will release your passport in quick service.

According to my husband, all our medical results will be forwarded to London Office.
I hope will not have a hard time complying with the tests....

@ samina, in case he will not receive his new passport by mid-october will go with your advice. What should he bring instead?

@ 501 win Just call your doctor (hospitals and their phone numbers are along with the medicals) and ask about the documents they required for medicals. I think only Iqama and medical request is necessary along with a lot of money...........hahaha. By the way which hospital you will prefer? |

hello Issha happy to see ur post on forum i think u may got ur visa. Visa office send me furthur medical for xray of my wife after delivery. Alhamdulila God give me a son and now i am preparing his documents so after some time inshallah i will get his medical and same time my wife will complete her medical. T.c best wishes for all |

Team! I have done me and my kids re_medicals on 27, Nov,2011which they sent me in response of my e-mail and now I am waiting for Police certificates which i didn't receive yet.They stated in their letter that police certificates will be received in four weeks period and I have to submit it in 45 days.What a race...........?? I requested them to extend my dead line but they didn't response. Guys suggest for me..........what i should do? |

Please correct me if I'm wrong... What do you mean by police certificate that you didnt received yet? is this the one you will received from AbuDhabi then to be presented to KSA police station for application of police clearance?
If yes, just a suggestion... you can ask the embassy (Philippines) a request letter for KSA police clearance, then use it to obtain KSA police clearance (that's what I did when I submitted by application to AbuDhabi, I inquire several times about the request for police certificate but didnt get a reply from AbuDhabi, then I found another way thru the forums, it took around two months before I received the request letter from AbuDhabi but before that I already sent my application). By the way did they ask to renew NBI as well?
On the other hand, it could be a photo finish, 4 weeks to received the request, 10 days for KSA police clearance and 3 days for express mail.

@ ksa wnpg! It is written in the letter You are requested to provide an original Police Certificate from Saudi Arabia issued within the last 3 months. Please note that you cannot request a Saudi Arabia Police Certificate without presenting an original request letter issued by the Canadian Embassy in Riyadh. We will send you this letter by regular mail (please allow 4 weeks for delivery). DO NOT contact the Canadian Embassy in Riyadh. The police certificate must be translated in English or French by an official translator. The original police certificate must be attached with the translation. What is NBI...........? |

Hi Samina,
You waited this far... then its better to follow the instruction (in my case I did not got the same instruction to obtain KSA police clearance). Maybe you can follow up by email if you did not received the request before the 4th week with the subject "URGENT", I read in their official website that we can do that to raise an urgent issue.
