Hi,

I received my go ahead from the Ontario PNP, and they give me 3 documents. One is an introduction document and it says ("send a copy of this document and the certificate") ... and then in another letter (not addressed to me), it says "Dear CIC Officer ... The Nominee was instructed to submit this letter and a copy of his Opportunities Ontario letter of Nomination (approval) with ..." is this second letter only for a temporary work permit?

Thanks in advance.
