Hi,

I am in a dilemma right now regarding my PNP Ontario process. I have graduated from a 1 year PG Certificate program and applied for the post graduate work permit which will come in 2-3 weeks time from now. I have received an offer from a Subway franchisee in North Bay to work for them as a Marketing Manager. I am confused as whether it will be considered eligible. The NOC code of the position comes under NOC "O" level. Please help me with this confusion.

Thanks,
Bhavik

I think you are eligible in Int'l Student with Job Offer stream. I got this from Opportunities Ontario:
  • Have completed a minimum of a two-year diploma or degree program, while studying on a full-time basis. One-year post-graduate degree programs and certificate programs, which require a previous degree or diploma (which may have been obtained abroad), are also eligible.
  • Have a job offer in a managerial, professional or skilled trades occupation (NOC 0, A or B). The job offer does not have to be related to the field of study.

You may not qualify in Masters Graduate stream: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPSTUDENTS_MASTERSAPPLY.html#_qualify

I would recommend you to call Opportunities Ontario for further clarification.
