PNP of BC - Can I Bring my family mambers with me as well?

Hi,
I have just read about PNP of BC, with Regional Business. I don't know whether I can bring my family members with me as well? I didn't catch any information about this. Anyone knows about this? the processing time? the proposal plan? Thanks
