PNP: No client number yet and how to communicate with CIC?

Hi All,

I already submitted my immigration application to Buffalo NY without FBI clearance certificate. But now I am going to receive my FBI clearance certificate soon. So how do I identify myself while sending this FBI clearance certificate without client ID ? I applied from USA. If I just send the details like my complete name, date of birth would be fine?

And also, should I send the 'Right of Permanent Residence fee' certified check with the FBI clearance certificate?

Can someone please suggest me? Thanks

Just bumping because I have the same question.

I had to send everything in because I received my FBI back ground clearance. However my wife had to redo hers because they were rejected due to prints being not legible. I had to send it in otherwise my date would expire.
I have send all my paperwork in on June 6 and have not heard anything yet. Hope someone responds..

yes.you can send the documents with your complete details (name,dob,paasport no,etc,,) and explained letter why the PCC was delayed.one of my friend did it same and they accepted.

hai, you may send RPRF or they will ask you in later time.it will bit risk because of u dont have file no yet. it is best send your RPRF when they are asking for it!!
