PNP Newfoundland and Labrador

Hi , I' m looking at all the PNP' s to see if there is one I could qualify ( and then go look if I can find a job there ).
I know it' s a long shot but I wish so much to immigrate to Canada .... I' m trying it all . I don' t qualify in any class .
The Newfoundland and Labrador Pnp seems good , my qualification is in the Strategic Sector list and I' m Ok with the points .
My problem is I don' t have a full time work experience that I can prouve , I worked in the last 2 years on projects , there was no time request , only that I fullfilled my projects . I earned 4000 Euro a year , that means around 5350 Canadian Dollars .
Will this be a problem to qualify for this Pnp ?
