Hey

I am following this website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp to complete my immigration application. I  have filled all the listed forms here but on my NOMINEE PACKAGE, they have written that I have to complete IMM 0008 Schedule 4 (intent to reside declaration). Where is this document?

Okay, never mind. I figured it out. I was mixxing it up with Experience Class.
