hai,i applied AINP and got file no now my employer want to promote me ( still i have 1 year WP) if i accept that promotion it will affect my process, and my employer said "we can withdrawn and we apply with your new job title" it will ok? if we inform to AINP about my promotion they will continue or reject my file?now i am in confused!!! about accept my promotion!! and i am preparing to submit application under CEC now i am eligible for that !!! any suggestion and ideas please!!!!

I don't see why a promotion will require you to re-submit application since your employer hasn't changed.

Talk to the AINP directly.  They can tell you if it is a problem for them or not.
