hi arise,
we have the same case... AOR from CIO received on Jan 26, then AOR from London received on April 04, ECAS changed into "IN PROCESS" on Jun 04 then AOR from AbuDhabi received on June 18th. Just received a call from ADVO last Sunday that they will send the Medical forms shortly, now currently waiting for the MR... Don't worry everything will be fine, always think positive and pray for the best. Goodluck and God bless!

What a surprise.. Shocked

Received an email from London visa office stating that my file will be sent to Islamabad visa office for processing and it will take around 8 weeks to transfer the file to the new visa office.

Damn..it took almost 4 months to hear after having AOR from CIO and what i hear, is that we wasted four month to figure out where your case should be process...... Strange, isn't it?

Anyone through the same situation?

Cheers,

Hi Nolivy,

I have just affixed it outside the envelope in between your name(to the upper left) and the addressee. Please do note that the envelope has its corresponding size. By the way, may i know your timeline? It seems that we have the same.

Goodluck to your application.
Thanks.... yes I am aware of the size, 9"x12" (23cmX30.5cm), thats what my problem is, can't find the same size here in Qatar, I did find though 23cmX32cm, you think its ok?

Hi SSet12,

Thanks for sharing the info. So it took more than two months to hear from ADVO after receiving AOR from London VO. ..and medical is yet to be asked.

ohhhhhh...Relaxe arise..you have to wait another 5-6 months before you get a call for medical.

Cheers sset12, hope you get the medical call soon

Hello,

I'm also a BCPNP nominee, applied early December though...you seem to be speeding along just fine. I just got a request for passport copies (today Grin)  and the Right of Res Fee as I did not submit it with my original application. The email said they'll take 5-10 working days to send out the visa documentation stuff to me. Check out my timeline for my journey though my VO is Sydney, Australia.

Cheers,

Hello everyone,

I got question, I have applied under AINP. I have submitted application to CIO,Sydney in May, 2012 without Police Clearance Report (FBI report). My original VO was Buffalo but its closed now. I had received AOR and request for Medicals on June 22, 2012 from CIO, Sydney. They also told CPP, Ottawa will communicate by default from here. So far I have not heard anything from CPP, Ottawa. Should I contact CPP, Ottawa and send my Police Clearance Report?, this would save my time

Thanks

It is a hard call. The reason is that FBI will take 8 weeks to send you report. If I were you, I will wait 1 or two month, since you just start the process; then start to request FBI report each month ($18 each) to minimize the time you have to wait for FBI when you get request from CIC. Remember, FBI report only good for three months. So do your homework.

Any luck Cpp-Ottawa guys ? Cool

Is there anyone on the forum(CPP-Ottawa) who got passport request or his ecase changed from medical received to in process or decision made?

Earlier I heard they opened this office to ease down the process and to reduce the timeline but seems it doesnt serve any purpose especially in reducing the time line.

Thanks...

We have very similar timelines. My file also went straight to CPP Ottawa from nova scotia. It's been 2.5 months since I did my medicals. My ecas still says medicals received. I wonder when it will go to in process... I really thought cpp Ottawa was meant to make processing faster... But now that buffalo closed, I guess they'll take much longer to process our files. I'm doing my best to stay positive, though...

hi,

I have almost the same timeline, I have applied for BC PNP.
Sent my application to CPP -O on 28/2/2012

They never showed my status on website.

I got MR on 24th April 2012. submitted  it on 1st of May. haven't heard anything from them.

I haven't gotten any confirmation of my medical received. E-cas doesn't show any status for my application.

I am in Canada on a work permit and planning to go out in Sept / Oct.

Not sure, should I send PP to CPP-O for Multiple Visa or PR.

any suggestion / help would be appreciated

Thanks for responding cvd and JOT.I think  we are 12-13 people are on same boat who submitted their medicals in Early May.But didn't get any PPR so far.Normallly my all frndz got their PPR right after 2 months from the day of medical done but Lets see how long they will take to process our files.I am desperately waiting for that to happen.

May GOD bless us all and get those magic V pretty soon.

If you guys hear nything from them please do share....

Not to disappoint you all..but i did my medicals in February 2012 and got it updated in Ecas in Feb itself...but still no updates on my file yet (in process or PPR) my gcms notes in March said background/security not yet started. So lets not be having so much expectations and then get into disapppointments...as Cvd said lets be positive something will turn out in coming months...
