did you get family support from one first cousin or two distant relatives ? either ways it does not matter in the form, you need to put economic and then provincial nominee, thats it. Cheers

Thanks..I got my support from a first cousin, MPNP-FAMILY SUPPORT STREAM..btw no communication from CIO so far, also check from the bank still no action taken by CIO..anybody from Manila Visa Office here? probably we got more backlogs..Nothing to do but just have to wait  Thanks!

Thanks for reply..so what should i do now.What kind of modification should i made before re-sending my file??
Can CIC change category like they said again and again in there letter skilled worker,but im not in this category to whom should i contact
to get clarification regarding this point??Is it Service Canada can help me out if i show that letter to them..??

Jot,
I suggest to submit two forms(IMM 5620), one for the Processing fee ($550) and another one for RPRF ($490). The total of your bank draft still the same $1040...I think they did not change your category, it's just that they are using the same template (FSW) for all PR applicants... coz our AOR states the same category.
I can send you the RPRF form, just let me know your email address.

I got nominated from Quebec.

Submitted my documents to Quebec Immigration on July 1st 2011
Received CSQ on October 20th 2011
Sent my Fed application as QSW on January 3rd 2012 to CIO, Sydney
Application received on Jan 5th 2012
Payment deducted on 25th 2012.

Awaiting AOR

FYI - I submitted only one payment form, my payment method is Credit Card (Canadian Credit Card) but at the time of filling the final amount for authorization i put in $1040 (including RRPF) and the same has been deducted on my card. I just attached a covering letter stating i have attached payment of 1040 (550+490) in order to help in the fast processing of my application.

PS: try not to use Credit Card mode unless you have a CAD card or you have issued your Bank authority to approve a foreign transaction on your card, since its bigger amount most of the banks reject the transaction from other country.
