Here is my timeline: March 2011 - submission of Application April 2011 - additional docs requested May 2011 - additional docs sent to Manitoba Feb 2012 - letter of Approval received March 2012 - Nova Scotia received Application April 2012 - AOR Nova Scotia received June 2012- AOR VO with other docs requested and RPRF How about your timeline? Do we have to include a fee form for RPRF like what we include when we pay the processing fee ? The RPRF should be in peso right? |

Hi canman.. I doubt it should be a problem coz u showed ur travel history when u gave ur application to CIO .. Also you should show experience letter for previous 10 years from the time u were 18 which ever is less.. Hope this helps.. Yes, I applied under AINP - US H1-B visa holder category in Feb, 2010. Alberta stopped this PNP category in Aug, 2010. Now, only 2 ways to apply for Canadian PR under PNP are perhaps a. Get a job offer in Canada, b. learn French to be eligible for QSW. Others might chime in for Pari123.

@ Pari123 I applied Alberta PNP (AINP) at 2009 with my H1b visa, they once opened the program under US holder visa category until August 23, 2010. Here's my timeline: Nov 19, 2011 - MPNP Online Application Jan 9, 2012 - LOA Mar 29, 2012 - PR Visa Application received by CIO NS Apr 24, 2012 - AOR from CIO I think CEM will give specific instructions on how to pay RPRF. Yes I believe we can pay RPRF in Php. CEM accepts payments in Cdn $ and Php. Good luck to us! |
