Hello there, ..
Jonmonc.. I also wrote an email today, for sure I am going to receive the same answer an authomatic response.... Sad

Congrats to all NDVO Guys.. for all the good News....!!!! Smiley I hope the Buffalo-Ottawa team can join you soon....

Cheers..
Hello Buffalo Applicants,

I mailed Ottawa asking about the status of my application as its past 120 days already. And this was there response...

"Dear Sir/Madam, Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide a status update to you.  The officer responsible for your file will contact you if any action is required from you.  Please note the standard processing times for applications for permanent residence within the category in which you have applied are available on our website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp . In the meantime, please ensure your information is kept up-to-date, particularly if there is a change in your marital status or in the event of a birth or death in your family. You must also advise this office of any change to your contact information, such as a change in your residential or e-mail address. Regards,"

Incase, anyone has been able to get through to them in the last few weeks... please let me know.

Thanks
JonMonc

Hi Manu and everyone in the forum,

Firstly, Congraz to all who have received their visas!  Cheesy Cheesy Really happy for you guys.
I had been travelling out of country for few days, hence i couldnt check the forum at all. Its good to see good vibes around.
I have 2 queries:
- do i need to mention about my 4 days travel abroad to cic?
- since they have asked for work my work experience documents - of how many years of experience should i show, 10 years or last 4 years? (I am self employed - Designer)

Hope you can help me out! Smiley

I know i am being a little impatient, use to the quick replies. Embarrassed
These answers are really important to me.  Smiley

Hi canman.. I doubt it should be a problem coz u showed ur travel history when u gave ur application to CIO .. Also you should show experience letter for previous 10 years from the time u were 18 which ever is less.. Hope this helps.. Cheers Smiley

so sad news for me...my sister in law fight with my brother and she warning me that she will withdraw my case.... Sad Sad Sad but my sponsor is my brother....lets c what will happen with me now

Hey buddy.. I was away from the forum this weekend .. Anyways .. Don't worry about it one bit man.. There isn't anything she can do to cancel ur visa .. After all ur brother is ur sponsor and he has a job there right ?? And worse case scenario even if she tries to contact cic regarding your application .. Ur bro can always back u up saying he wants you to come to Canada regardless of what the issue is .. If your brother has strong stand .. It's added advantage .. Even otherwise .. Don't worry bout a thing buddy.. Everything's gonna be alright .. You will get decision made soon .. Cheers to that Smiley

My application was received on April, 11, 2012. Got MR on May, 23. Done with med on May, 29. Med was received on June 4. Ecas status was updated to 'medical results have been received' on June, 22.
Where did you do your medical? Why the doctor took 3 weeks to send? Anyway, I am hoping you should see an update this week. Good luck.
