PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

i am in canada and my visa office is New Delhi, i dont know what different procedure they have but  i havent received MR yet , when first i applied for student visa, that was right after   9/11,  they took 7 month did all background check then issued me a visa. i lived  there for 6 yrs completed education and work n then move back to india, then again applied for SINP after 3 yrs and got nominated and applied for work permit,  so there no document in my file which NDVO has not processed. they have even done my background check once. so i am really hoping things move fast but  still no response.

Question Manu. Are we still required to take ielts even though we are already nominated pnp? Do you think CIC/VO will still ask

hi jot .. they will request it along with the PPR, even I paid only $550 for PF, now when I got my MR and PPR, I also got RPRF request as well.. so you will hear from them shortly.

you dont need to think they are again checking your background. Background they only check when they feel something fake in your application otherwise they dont check. Dont worry. They have'got thousands of applications if they checks backgaround for everyone it will take more then 5 years to get the visa for everyone.dont worry you will get response from them very soon.

hey mate.. dont stress over it, u relatively got AOR from CIO and VO much earlier than any of us on the list, so just relax, its on its way, you will get it shortly mate.. cheers..

nope .. id doubt if that would be required, unless the visa officer who has been assigned for your case and he/she is not convinced with your language skills, then "MAYBE" they could request for one.. but the chances of that happening are very slim.. so dont worry bout it mate.. cheers ..

i send my CIC ns docs on apr 28 then the courier advised me it was recievd last may 1 till now no advised from CIC, still waiting

Hi there. CIC will not inform you right away that they have received your application. First thing to look at or wait for is the processing of payment, which usually takes place around 2-3 weeks. When CIC accepts your payment that means your application is complete and will be sent to VO for processing. When you receive your AOR from CIO (1-2 weeks later), that is the time they will mention that they have received your application on the said date. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Hi Manu. It's been one month now they haven't encash my application payment yet?
Just review the tracksheet it should be 2-3 weeks only some are 4 weeks.
