I have courired my application to Sydney today
My timeline is as following :-

Application Filed in Manitoba under Family Stream = 07/2011
Additional document requested = 08/2011
Sponsors interview done = 01/2012
mine interview = 02/201 (due to mentioning my wife's cousin in Alberta in my application)
Received LOA = 03/2012
Application Sent to CIC Sydney,NS = 04/04/2012
Waiting for AOR =

Hi Seniors,

Please can somebody shed more light, is it necessary to call the bank to inform them of this transaction since am paying with credit cards. I saw some ppeople on the forum saying that the bank can  deny the transaction especially since I am paying up to CAD2530. Application fees and RFPP, I will appreciate your input

since its a huge amount, you could notify your bank in advance and tell them to put a note on your file regarding the transaction, you could avoid some unnecessary delays from that .. hope this helps.. cheers

hello friends,
                  can anyone tell me about validity of pcc bcz i prepared my pcc on 29 dec. and then sent documents to cio on feb. and i received my both AOR.....WILL THEY AGAIN CALL FOR PCC if it  has any time validity....

what they say is before the application is received at the visa office, the PCC should be taken not longer than 3 months and if it was received during that timeframe, I dont think you will have to worry about it .. cheers

Does anybody got PPR from NDVO?  Manuboby you're leading the way so i m  praying for you to get PPR as soon as possible  ,

hi mate.. nothing yet,... its been over 20 days since I got AOR fron NDVO, since then nothing.. and its really getting me woked up, I thought the new processing would have been faster, but its been 3 months since my docs were received at CIO and so far no MR.. a person who applied directly to NDVO a month before .. end of November got his passport back with visa last week, and most of the people who applied directly to NDVO are getting visas back .. and practically everyone who applied to NDVO directly as per the old system got AOR MR and PPR within a week to 3 weeks time.. I have not idea what they are upto .. I wish I could atleast finish off with the medicals at the earliest

I sent the application processing fee via bank draft along with my package,,,,so can yu please tell me how could i know PF enchased date by cic ???Do i need to contact my bank or ?

Hi Khush,

Yes.. you need to contact you bank and that is probably the only way you can know if its been encashed or not at this stage, but once you get your AOR, it will be mentioned on it the date they encashed it .. hope this helps.. cheers..

Hi guys,

I had not included my RPRF fee in my original package to Sydney and had been wondering whether I should wait until the VO requests it or send it in to possibly avoid delays. I went ahead and FedExed it to Buffalo on 3/23 along with my FBI report (not included either in original package) without waiting for a request and I just found out it was cashed on 3/29.

Thought I'd share for those that are caught in the same dilemna (didn't know for the longest where to send it since my file was probably still in Ottawa, was afraid it'd get lost especially that no one had asked me to send anything yet, etc...).
