hi guys u can see the processing time for pnp here in above link....for skilled worker they said no estimates can be made because of new rules...but for pnp they specify 6 months and this will explain in our AOR's letter...so manubobby and all other frnds we will got our visa with in 6 months according to this.......Smiley Grin Cheesy Grin

sorry Rubyhero,  but the link you posted is  dated somewhere in 2011,  and its 2012,  their time fluctuate a lot. so cant really say it will take 6 month.

excerpt from the link:

For all permanent resident applications (except Family Class, Provincial Nominees, Arranged Employment and Quebec applications), a letter of Acknowledgement of Receipt is sent to the applicant within 24 weeks from the date this office receives the completed application. The Acknowledgement provides details of processing times. Please read it carefully.

it means timeline shown in AOR  for other PR application except - PNP  Sad

Hello Guys,

I have applied under AINP scheme and I sent my application to CIO on Feb 13th and CC was charged on Feb 29th since then I haven't heard back from them.

I called call center today he says he can only confirm if the Application was received and has no information about it because it was forwarded to Ottawa office. Has anyone else called to request file number from CIO? there is no option other than to wait in this situation?

P.S.  I have sent an email as well , but haven't got any response yet

Cheers!

Litous,
What is the phone number you called? It is hard to get connected?

You wouldnt want to mess with the reeptionist, these people are the main people who push the paper at the clinic....ha ha ha
anyways, 2 weeks seems too long....they need a push for sure...I did my medicals on the 21/03/12....here in Calgary....from what I know from others the clinic gives a call saying all is ok with the tests and that you papers have been forwarded to CIC...but that hasnt happened so far...i am WAITING!!! its frustrating....

Good luck with yours...and do keep us updated.

thanks!!

Which clinic did you go to? I guess it usually takes 2 weeks before DMPS sends it. 1 week if youre lucky. Smiley I hope they send yours soon Wink goodluck.

Yes sounds like very rude behavior. You can't go too hard on them as they still have your results to mail, you don't want anything to mess up at this stage, so don't fight with them and just gently keep pestering them till they mail out the results.

My clinic staff was rude too I almost ended up wrestling with them to get the tracking number (but I tried this after I knew they sent my MR out Wink). I remember calling them every other day after tests to check if they mailed it out or not, and the reason for delaying when initially they had told me 5 days after tests.

"I almost ended up wrestling with them to get the tracking number" LOL.

ill call her again on monday and then i guess im gonna have to go easy on my pestering Wink every other day. until she finally sends it.
