I have recieved my PNP from Ontario. I am living in Ottawa. Now need to apply to Nova Scotia. This thread has gone too long. Any one can summarize ?

my aunt called CIC yesterday from Canada about CIO status because my draft not being cashed from Feb 27.
they told her CIO has big line up now, and they are still opening applications they received in Feb.
you now, it is a month delay than previous applciations.
Thank you Hark, I was so tense.. My moneyorder was cashed on 17th of Feb, but I am waiting on AOR |

Underwent my medicals today, the doctor showed me a huge stack of medical forms waiting for reports from the labs and a second stack of completed forms ready to be sent. I asked him how often do they send out the completed applications, he was reluctant to answer....I only hope he gets the reports from the labs (X-ray, Blood & Urine tests) and he sends them out sooner. It is all upto them now...
Hope all of you guys are getting great news...its been long i've read posts here...
And hope Manu is doing well....

Hi Manubobby i have received email from Immigration today with our file number. The DATE on our file is 21 March 2012. Looks like we have to wait another 6 months for our medicals. what a pain. Also i didn't do any inquiry on my case with NDVO. i guess they gona send it to everyone now as they have to contact within 3 months. You will hear from us regarding the results of the evaluation of your application within 6 months. Please do not contact us before six months have passed since you received this letter. Due to the high volume of inquiries received in this office, we will not be able respond to inquiries sent within six months. You may, however, check the basic status of your file on-line at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website ( http://www.cic.gc.ca) using the “e-Client Application Status” function that is found in the “online services” section of the website. You MUST inform our office of any change in your mailing address, a change in your marital and/or family status, or other information relevant to your application. Due to our operational constraints we will not be able to acknowledge receipt of the new information, but it will be noted on your file.
