Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office. You will hear from us regarding the results of the evaluation of your application within 6 months. Please do not contact us before six months have passed since you received this letter. Due to the high volume of inquiries received in this office, we will not be able respond to inquiries sent within six months. You may, however, check the basic status of your file on-line at the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website ( http://www.cic.gc.ca) using the “e-Client Application Status” function that is found in the “online services” section of the website. You MUST inform our office of any change in your mailing address, a change in your marital and/or family status, or other information relevant to your application. Due to our operational constraints we will not be able to acknowledge receipt of the new information, but it will be noted on your file. Can you help me dissipate my doubts on where I am to send FBI report and RPRF? email said all correspondance to the Regional Program Center in Buffalo but email came from Ottawa and medicals will be sent there as well. I only have 1 original FBI report and it would take another 6 weeks to get new one if it got lost...thx for your input.
Hi ayinka, When I got the email from CIO it was mentioned that all future correspondence had to be with visa office processing your application, in my case new Delhi and buffalo in ur case.. I think you should forward it to buffalo.. But I would recommend that you email them first or wait till they notify you and request for your FBI clearance .. Hope this helps .. Cheers |

Manubuddy, Congrats!!! ok so some weird thing started happening to my application. I just checked e-cas today and it says "In Process" dated on Mar-16. Without AOR-VO...  There's no one else whose VO is Tokyo so I can't compare... |

PR file (SINP Category)received by CIO nova scotia on Feb 21,2012. Draft encashed on March 15,2012.
Just wondering after how much time they send AOR and medical.Also my visa office is Buffalo...
