1- GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA
Q # 4 Immigration Office requested for processing this application
what i m suppose to write there , Islamabad or London/UK Office
2-ID Card with english translation is required ?
3-In document checklist (IMM 5690) they did not ask for my academic degrees and my present job experience letter and financial statement for funds
should i attach all these documents with my case ?

NOTE: All new applications for the Federal and Quebec Skilled Worker Programs, Federal Immigrant Investor Program and Provincial Nominee Program must first be mailed to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.
so you have to put London if you are currently residing in Pakistan...but if you are out of Pakistan and residing in a country and you have been in that country for 1 year and more you can put that country as your visa office provided you send the immigration documents of that country along with your application...like visa/work permit etc...
say you are currently working in the US for more than a year you can put Buffalo, NY like that each country specific visa office is available in the below linkhttp://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp#p
PS: but irrespective of where you are you can put your visa office as LONDON as it serves your nationality (Pakistan) and what ever the visa office you put the application has to be sent only to CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia
