Thanks for your advice here are the requirements Note:-For the queenslander,victorian,west-australia Resided applicants has the differant requirements

Police Certificate needed?
Yes. You may also need to provide a Traffic History printout, depending on which states you lived in while in Australia.
Which Australian police clearances are acceptable?
Applicants must provide a full fingerprint and name check. Certificates can be obtained through the Australian Federal Police (recommended) or the local state police authority.
Applicants who do not reside in Australia must obtain this certificate through the Australian Federal Police. State-issued certificates are acceptable where the certificate is based on a fingerprint and name search of the National Databases.
IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY: Please note that all applicants who resided or still reside in: Queensland, Victoria or Western Australia, must also submit a Traffic History printout, which may be obtained by contacting the local State Transport/Traffic branch. An immigration file number, if available, should be endorsed on the certificate.
Which Australian police clearances are not acceptable?

    * Photocopies of a clearance
    * Certificates issued on the basis of a name check without fingerprints
    * Certificates issued on the basis of a “Complete Disclosure”
    * Any certificate, if it is not accompanied by a Traffic History Report(s) if the applicant, while over 18 years of age, lived in Queensland, Victoria or Western Australia

How to get one?

.. glad i could be of help.. thats one good thing I found on this thread.. some one or the other always tend to flip out from time to time.. ive flipped out several times as well.. but yea .. no one else can understand what we go through apart from other forum mates, but like i said .. just hang in there.. u will hear from them soon.. and from then on everythings gonna work well..

i have no idea mate.. mine was received well in advance as compared to a few who had their application received before mine.. like darshak and pnp.. these guys got aor from cio a week before mine, but they got aor from vo a week after i got mine.. but their application changed to in process on 11th april.. mine changed on 27th april.. and that same day i got MR and PPR.. so dont really know how they work on it.. but if they are doing in the order of receipt at NDVO, i was the first to get .. so hopefully with the next week or the week after, most of you will get MR and PPR as well.. but as mentioned earlier.. ppl who are living outside of India only used to get MR first and PPR is requested at a later stage when they are ready to issue the visa.. reason being they do not want to hold their passports for too long considering they live outside INdia.. but that was under the old process where you send the documents directly to NDVO and not CIO.. hope this helps mate.. cheers .. :)thnx mannu ....yes may be we got MR and PPR this week....

Hello Guys,

I just visited  this forum after a week since i was busy at my work.First of all I would like to congrats everyone who got their Medical requests and AOR in last few days.Its really good news for all of us.It seems earlier they were busy with dealing other immigration files and but now they are devoting some time to PNP files.

Also many congratulations to Mannubobby and pianogoyal who also got their Passport requests as well.Hope u guys get your PR soon.

Thanks for your advise.as you advised i tried to solve this matter with the court but the megistrate said this matter will be remain or outstanding until you come back to australia. i returned from australia in oct 2010 and apply pcc in june 2011 through my friend in australia and got pcc after 20 working days. everything is ok but that pcc is just only namecheck. and i caught by police that time was having intenational driving licence. I dont have the australian licence. now let me know what should i do and how to complete a fingerprint pcc forms. i mean to say how to put and where to put fingerprints on the forms.please explain every thing with detail. i really appreciate yours help.you can email me as well bcoz of my privacy canadavisa000 @ gmail.com.         pls reply asap
