No form for the RPRF. I just included a cover letter stating what was included in the package and I made sure the I noted in BIG letters on the outside of my FedEx enveloppe my file numbers as wells as the content. Glad I can help...

The medicals received column right after medicals done should be the date received at the VO based on the tracking number you have and not the update on ECAS, so for those who have already done with medicals and it was received at the vo.. please update that so i can update the tracksheet.. cheers.. mainly goes for all Manila and Buffalo applicants.. cheers..

My doc's office didn't use a courier service to send my medical results to Ottawa so I have no idea when it was received. I just know I was told it has always taken about 5 days from the time it is in the mail (was put in the mail March 27th) but have no guarantee .

I registered here to try and get some advise from you guys. As I have read in this thread and in the others available OL, normally after you send your application to CIO in Nova Scotia, they send out AORs less than a month after the date recieved.

In my case, My application reached NS Feb 10 and was recieved by some K.RSZWDA. It has been two months now and I haven't gotten any email or post mail. As for the payment, I used a bank draft, so that is what I included in my application. And the worst part is I don't have any idea on how to check if they cashed or deposited the bank draft. (since bank drafts are good as cash in a for of a check, so my bank account was already debited the certain amount)
I sent an email through their website to check on the status of my application or if they even received it. No response from their end.
I'm so worried because the deadline for the visa application indicated in my letter of approval is upcoming in a few weeks time.

I would very much appreciate any help or advise. This thread has been very helpful, especially there has been a recent change in the process.

you can check with your bank if draft check has already been encashed, since they have a tracking system and that's the only time you can assume that your application is being reviewed once check encashed... and AOR will come soon. regards,

Hi Manu!!
I don't have tracking number for my medicals. I did it on Feb 22 and the doctor sent those on the 28, let said, they received March 5, but he ask me to do an additional test because something was wrong with my X-Ray. I did it on the 21. I don't know went he sent those but let said that everything was received by March 30. I hope they don't ask for anything else.

Still I have not seen any medical received announcement on E-Cas. However, the status is "In Process".

Thanks application only delivered today to CIO  @  NS and received by KRSZWDA and my VO is Pretoria (that was what I indicated on my form but I am not sure if they will change as I noticed some people saying that CIO choose another VO for them rather than the one they choose themselves)
