I am in a very similar position... my application was received at CIO Sydney on February 27th. Money order was cashed on March 26. No AOR at all. My email is on all the time (my eyes are practically glued to my inbox), even checking my spam box and afraid to clean it for fear that the AOR email is actually there. No nothing.

Are you a PNP applicant? I am under QSW.

yep, I am a PNP applicant under ONTARIO. It seems to come soon. lol, I will update my status if get any new message. Keep in touch.

Hi QBCool,

From the tracking sheet, I see your medical was done few days before me and the ecas status hasnt yet changed for you. Do you know how long it has been since you MR was mailed? Also, would the status change to Inprocess or MR received. I am starting to worry again its been more than three weeks for us!

Do let me know

JonMonc

Hi JonMonc - Yes and that's what is worrying me a bit now, for a couple of other folks who got their MRs done in Feb had their e-cas status updated to MR received in a week after VO recd their MR.

I got my MR done on 12th, dispatched on 21st and recd by the VO on 23rd, so it has been quite sometime that they have received it. I am just patiently waiting and not emailing them as I am in the same boat as you and few others, that had their MRs done in the 12-15 march range.

hello all
just wondering how long it take to reach med to VO?
im already done with med on 13 march, but they did not receive yet.
gud luck all..Smiley

Where did you have your medicals done?

if you're in Canada, they send it to Ottawa, not to the VO. it will be in transit for a week. Mine took 3 days because i paid extra for express delivery. I kept note of the tracking number so I knew when it reached Ottawa.

Hi Seniors,

Please can somebody shed more light, is it necessary to call the bank to inform them of this transaction since am paying with credit cards. I saw some ppeople on the forum saying that the bank can  deny the transaction especially since I am paying up to CAD2530. Application fees and RFPP, I will appreciate your input

Anybody can give explanation why CIO responded quickly to all applicants in terms of sending out AOR timely, except for those PNP applicants with Buffalo VO, especially for those non-QSW PNP applicants? It looks like that they are tabling the process for those with Buffalo VO with the reason hard to understand. Any thought?

 Hi bkd 1969,
Hi! Sir I dont have no idea why CIO responded quickly to my application but when apply to AINP it takes to long period to respond. I started my application In AINP
August 13, 2010 and so many documents requested for me, before I nominated last December 16, 2011 then I passed my application to CIO last March 1, 2012 Im so happy
that they respond quickly. Good luck to us cheers....

Hi there. In my my case I called by bank/credit card issuer to inform them of the forthcoming transaction, making sure that they are aware of the charge to be made my CIO or Receiver Gen for Canada. Yes there was a post sometime ago saying that the credit card did not authorize the transaction since the card holder was in one country while the transaction was being made in another. Accdg to CIC, if they cannot process the payment, the application will be returned. This will cause a significant delay I am sure.
