I just got my AOR from the CIO and my MR. It also says in the email that Buffalo has received my application.

A review of your application indicate you do not meet the requirement of thr instructions with respect to the completion of your application or,the requirement of R10 of the immigration and refugee Protection Act(IRPA) because: *Please see the highlighted items on the enclosed check list or the enclosed Appendix. Reulation (12) of IRPA states: "If the requirement of sections 10 and 11 are not met,the application and all documents subitted in support of the application shall be returned to the applicant." As yours application does not meet the requirement of R(10) of IRPA,it is incomplete and therefore being returned to you.Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you.Your application has not been received and no record has been retained. if you submit an application ,please pay particular attention to all forms,information,documents,evidence,proof of language proficiency, and fees required as without these your application is incomplete and will be returned to you. and in the Appendix-A [/quote] |

Ok, nice! Apparently we have a pattern that: if your VO is buffalo, then you receive your AOR and MR at the same time. Then, ..., maybe, most likely and hopefully, 3 months later, PPR is due. nice. |

After 2 long weeks checking my email like crazy, we finally received today our AOR with medicals request for me and my family. Could you please update the spreadsheet, I will let you know when my medicals are done... Thanks a lot...cheers

When did you submit your application to CIO? And where is your visa office?
It has been three weeks since I got the AOR from CIO and I haven't heard from my visa office for medical request yet...
Yanesrahn's VO is buffalo. So far only applicants with buffalo VO will get both AOR AND MR at the same time. |
