i have heard that if some consultant is offering a permanent job offer in canada like this they are cheats and they would fly away with your money,
its illegal in canadian website i have read that consultants cannot gurantee a job offer they often file a fake case and tell one person to wait then after 2 years they just vanish as they dont have any track record

      I would like to say that i visited Broad way solutions consultant, they want 1o lacs and 75 thousands
   to provide arrange employment in province of Saskatechwan in period of 12 to 18 months.
   They are not member of CSIC-SCCI.CA.
     Furthermore, i analysed that they are fake consultant becuase they are not recognized from CSIC.
    My aim to write is that nobody will catch in their net,then he will waste money as well as precious time.

My friend, if you read my first post, I already said that Lalani is not into such kinda job arrangement program. Secondly last year I went to change of phase too he is not that informative nor reliable.

Hmmm wtisi, still digging info about him... so tell me how you find that wtisi is a cheater??? share your experience for better understanding.

   nobody was available to recevie my call not once so many times.
   Secondly, when i visited their office,they showed me job offer letter,that was not approved from HRDC Canada,and there mentioned nothing anything about per hour wages, acccommodation, health matters.
      While, they are not member of csic, so i do not satisfy.
       However,these are flaws ,what about your opinion,please describe.

My dear ignorant brother HRSDC is nothing to do with SINP job offer because this provisional program, only SINP is the authority to deal with that. HRSDC only deal with federal AEO and LMO cases.
Second thing my cousin is there client, and more then 100 time he talk with wtisi guys in Saskatchewan and me too 306-880-1677 .
my cousin already got selection certificate with the help of wtisi and now his case is in CIO.
its quite easy to clarify all this matter ,just tell them sir if you have any selection certificate from SINP(Saskatchewan government official approval) then dont show me on papers just show me on official and government website of Saskatchewan (because they should have this secret user name and password). all story will be unfold in front of you in mints  
Nothing to worry about it these days all s quite clear on official website.
plus go and check who is sitting on there own place and who is on rented place and who came with how much of time span.  witsi's are here from many year on same place with there own place and head office in Saskatoon.

whats so funny about the address issue, of course they are cheaters but if they have offices on same floor ,it doesn't matter that they are same. there 4 more offices on same floor.

       I would like to say that if we will consult to each other then nobody can cheat us.
It is totally wronge to say that you will be appear in ILETS in Canada,because now ILETS has became compulsory for work permit PNP,FSW and for student.

IELTS is not compulsory for SINP ,but only for category O,A,B. go and check new CIO check list for CIO and SINP.
it is only compulsory for family stream and skilled workers who are from category level C,D. 
but officer at CIO have right to ask anybody to provide IELTS or not. even if they are from cat level O,A,B.

My elder brother is in Toronto ,he talk to wtisi in saskatchewan, on given number on there website. and i have done some research here in karachi and me and my brother found them much reliable then others. one more thing that they are agree to receive payment in canada. because if my brother will pay them in there account in canada then there will be no chance for them to cheat because we will have documented proof to sue them in canada.

I was confused for wtisi, but after raka1 comments I visit to wtisi office yesterday & I have seen their succeed & in-process clients file, Fortunately when I get there I met 3 client at their office who came to collect their acknowledgement letter, other 2 clients came to collect their offer latter, I spoke with them, They build my confident on wtisi & finally I have registered today morning with them.
