Hi,

I need advice,

I got nominated by Alberta and I applied to the Buffalo CIC. I am planning to apply for Grad school in Alberta. Will it affect my PR case at Buffalo.

No but keep in mind you have to convince the Immigration Officer that you will leave Canada when you complete your studies. Yes even though you have a permanent resident application in process.
