PNP - Applied for PR from Canada in New Delhi CHC

Today when i checked my ECAS it doesn't shows my full current home address, it just shows Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, no house number no street address.


What that means ?

this was the latest change after Decision Made showed up. Right now I am in INDIA waiting for my passport to be delivered back

2. Since we cannot send passport by mail, how one of us(myself or my husband) going to send their passport later when requested because we both are in different countries ?

1. My Education is

 Higher Secondary Certificate  (12 years) 1995
 Bachelor of Commerce, National University (2 years) 1997
Certificate course (4 Month)......Food and Beverage Production . 4 Month in Institute +2 Month Industrial Attachment  (2003)

2.   Age = 36 Years
3.   Relative in Canada = Wife's Uncle (Distant relative) Not sure I will get point for this
4.   IELTS Score
•   Reading = 6.0
•   Speaking = 7.5
•   Writing = 6.5
•   Listening = 6.5
French
•   Nil
5.   Wife Education = Bachelor of Science (3Years)
6.   Experience =More than 4 years as a cook.
 Anyone can give me some information?
Can i apply as a cook ? I am worried about my Tread course, it's only four months.
I'm doing Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism management. Can this improve my application
I appreciate f anyone help me with some information.

If you choose BUFFALO, In that case when you would be asked  to submit passports, then question is how you would be able to submit your husband's passport as he won't be able to mail it from India. If he has a visa for canada then it won't be an issue. I hope you know that if you are on a Temporary Visa (Student or Work) then your spouse can apply for a visitor visa and then subsequently for a Work Permit. Beyond that processing time of BUFFALO is more than Delhi.

In case you choose Delhi then you would have to come to India to submit your passport. Processing time of Canadian High Commission - New Delhi is less than Buffalo but the only trouble is that after submitting your passport you won't get your passport within a Month or so  (Like Buffalo). In my case i submitted my passport on 15 Feb 2012 and till now i haven't got it back. Same is the experience of many other people. My friends who had applied in Buffalo, after submitting their passport they got it back within a month.
Beyond that when you would get a request for submission of passport, the deadline of submission would be around 45 days, in that case you might find your self getting expensive flight tickets and applying for vacations (at your school or work place) without even knowing when you could come back to canada.
If thats not the issue then NEW DELHI is a good option for you.

I think its near to impossible for me to go to India for an indefinite time because I cant stay absent from my job for so long. Isnt it possible that my husband send the passport to New Delhi and they forward it it Buffalo and I just send it to Buffalo and Vice Versa if I apply to New Delhi.

I know the time for New Delhi is less and I want to apply to New Delhi but sending Passport is a big issue now

Unfortunately even CHC- New Delhi can not forward your spouse's passport abroad, cause even they can not mail passport abroad. I don't see New Delhi as a good option for you, atleast in buffalo whenever you would be asked to submit your passport you would get it back with visa within a month for sure. I would suggest you to apply for a spouse based visa for your husband.

bro even am getting tensed .. it looks likw very long in our case . if i  would hav known this bfore i would hav applied in Buffalo .. Bro they would have completed all the process and sent us the Passport request  .....
