PNP application some problems in questions asked by CIC London office

I am PNP applicant, CIC has asked me few questions for which i need help.

1. Proof of my own money
Ans:I have money in my bank account for more then two year. So there is no problem with this question. But the money is just below then what i have earned till now, like i need to show 12000$ but I have 15000$ and my total earning till now is 20000$. So I have used only 5000$ in last 4 years sounds fishy. In reality I have been living with my father so I have wasted any money on rent or food and stuff.

2.How will I economically establish myself in Canada and is your qualification recognized in Canada?
Ans:Well i can say i have money, experience plus relatives in Canada and bla bla but how to find that my qualifications are recognized in Canada. I am telecom engineer with 2 years experience as telecom engineer and two years as Business analyst.

It doesnt matter as long as the funds are in your name dont worry
