Woo-hoo....i have gotten my passport request o.. checked my mail late yesterday and there it was. but they said i can either come in person any Monday 8am for the visa, or can mail my passport via courier. but at this stage i think i will go to accra and collect it myself o, coz i don't want to take any chances at this final stage. And oh, they also said i should come with a new police report and that is what i have running around for today, and hopefully i will get the report during the week and head straight to accra next weekend make dem finally stamp my kpali the following monday.. and i will officially become a Canadian Residence.
And congrats @ egrace, it seems accra and working fast now and im sure you go get your passport request this july wey we enter so.
@ spicey, i did send you and email from my yahoo, maybe you should check your spam mail.
anyway, i just say make I quicky update una.
Congratulations i am really happy for uuuu. This is the beginning of greater things in ur life and all housemates in Jesus name. Nice one. Thumbs up

hey @ egrace, funny enough the letter that accompanied my meds was dated march 2nd but they mailed it out in may. i think mailed it out may 24th or so, and i got it on june 3rd. @ kumoj, thanks man. i guess patience is the key with the process coz they do get the work done and all housemates will become cana residence. @ godswill, thnks again. It means it took about 11days to get d letter.my concern now is dat 19days after my MR was sent, i am yet to r'civ d letter. Ind_dan also confirmd dat it took 12days for his to be deliverd too. I hope & pray mine is still in order

I have a question regarding Accra PNP. I applied for ainp in Nov, 2009, got nomination in Jun, 2010. Submitted my apps Nov, 2010 to Accra.
My app went into processing Nov, 2010 then I got additional doc request in Dec, 2010. Responded in Jan, 2011. Given these details, I have 2 questions; Is my app considered pre or post June 2010 and if it's pre June, what is the trend or level of progress on this class of apps at the Accra office? Thanks in anticipation of your replies.

@ UNOKS, u are welcome to this thread. Pls note that u'r neither pre-june or post-june cos that distinctn only applies to those in d FSW category.u belong to d PNP category which takes 11months to process. Seeing that u already av stayd 8months u ll surely get ur MEDICAL REQUEST between now & to b4 d end of August.

going by the timeframe for yr category, they sure will. mine was also sent when it was two minths to the end of the time frame for my category( 9months) my MR was sent on d 7th month,, Ind_dan's MR was also sent to him on d 9th month cos he was a PNP too.so just get the MR money ready  |

yeah it is very very possible.... but depending on the visa office handling ur file it can be lesser |
