PMM, Qorax, Leon - Please help to calculate points.

I have applied before 26 June & have got 2nd AOR after submitting my documents. I did my education in India, and my qualification is, 

BCOM (Full Time)   = 10 + 2 + 3 = 15 years
Then I did MCA (Master in computer application: Full time) 15 + 3 = 18 Years

Can someone please confirm no. of points I should get for my qualification?


Also, please suggest how many points I should get for my experience,

Qualified NOC code: 0213   
   When Applied: 34 Months (Less than 3)
   As of Today:  45 Months (Less than 4)

NOC Code: 2174
   31 Months (Less than 3)



Since I have completed 3 years for qualified NOC code 0213, I believe I would get points for 3 years of experience
Can someone share information If I would be able to get points for 1 more year (as I have 2+ years experience in NOC 2174 which is not primary NOC)?

I would appreciate your help.

2.  Experience 21  As long as the experience was in NOC A,B or O it is counted, so both your NOCs count.

I was looking at a similar situation and as it was a Masters DIPLOMA not DEGREE in Computer Applications I didn't think it would add any points.  Is this correct?
