I HAVE BEEN IN CANADA (TORONTO) ON A VISIT VISA. I HAVE DECIDED TO STAY BACK IN CANADA FOR STUDIES WHAT ARE CANADIAN IMMIOGRATION LAWS ON THIS SITUATION. CAN I STAY AND APPLY FOR EXTENSION OR WHAT ARE OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME..THANKS
You are going to have to apply for study permit outside Canada at the office that services your country of normal residence. You cannot apply in Canada. Check the office where you will be applying for their requirements. It will be proof of funds to maintain yourself, proof of acceptance to Canadian school etc. Read
