I have searched for many hours how to order CAIPS notes abroad- I am confused-

Can you please tell me step by step how to order them if I am in Overseas?

1-What forms do I send personally from overseas and how do I send  and where? (Singapore or Canada?)
2-Do I send them by post or can I scan them-email them- and my mother would send them in Canada all together?
3-What is a formal consent letter? Is it IMM 5475E or do I have to write a personal letter..???

4-What forms my relative in Canada must send and to what office if she is in Alberta?

5-After We send off am I able to get a PDF Version sent via email?


Please answer step by step so I can efficiently send for them

Send your completed form or letter to the appropriate region or
Case Processing Centre where the file is held.

My file is currently in Singapore- Do I send my "Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual form" to Singapore and my mother sends the "Access to Information or Personal Information Request form" To the original office we sent our application to in Canada???

No, you send the authorization to your relative in Canada, who then sends the request and the authorization to
