I'm a landed immigrant holding a PR status, I landed In Oct 2007. In couple of months I will be getting married and will be filing for spousal sponsorship. Heres the thing this is my second marriage, I was married before in 2005, but it did not work out and i had to file for divorce, my marriage lasted 2 months, and than a order was issued by the court for dissolution of marriage. At that time my PR was in process, at the time of Interview I did notify the visa officer about my marriage and divorce, he saw my divorce certificate and was satisfied by the paper work. This marriage and divorce took place in the US.
I have never sponsored anyone before, hence this would be my first spousal sponsorship and also it wont be inland.
Am I good to go ????????
