can a wife sponser her husband who live in arab country and she is in canada now , but she never work after she finish high school and she dont have money and dont have her own house , she live with her sisters ?
if its possible is this will take more time than other situations ?

As long as she is not collecting welfare, except for disability, she can sponsor her spouse.  As long as there are no doubts about the relationship, it will take about the same time as other spousal applications.
