PMM need your advise... on sponsorship

I am on work permit and my PR application is in process at Bufallo(medicals done today).  I am getting married in June. 

If my PR decision is not made by June, could I add my spouse to my application??  How do I do that??? which forms to be sent?

(or) Can I just update visa office about my marriage and later sponsor spouse , once I get the pR??

(or) Update visa office about marriage and apply spouse on dependent visa (based on my work permit) and sponsor inside canada....  In this situation, I am worried as I have only 2 months validity on my work permit....  Please advise....

Regards,

1.  You don't have a choice, if you marry and then land, you visa is not valid and you have then misrepresented your status.  You could be removed and you would never be able to sponsor your wife as a member of the family class.
2.  Once you marry, you have to inform the processing office, amend your application, and IMM 5406 and your wife has to complete an application.  She will require police certificates as well.

What if the visa office takes decision before my marriage or on the marraige date or before they receive update on my communication about my marital status??

I think the bufallo tells to update the change in family compostion right? 

So If I just update bufallo by fax that I got married ,

Do they hold my PR application and ask for spouse details??  or they continue my PR application and I can sponsor her later??

Please clarify...
