PMM, LEON , PLEASE GUIDE REGARDING MEDICAL OBJECTION

THE RE MEDICAL OF MY WIFE WAS ASKED FOR BY VISA OFFICER. NOW THE RE MEDICALS WERE DONE BY A CARDIO AND HE TOLD US THAT SHE IS HAVING A HOLE IN THE HEART BY BIRTH. THEY ALSO TOLD US THAT THERE IS NO SUCH IMMEDIATE NEED FOR ANY MEDICINE OR SURGERY, BUT SURGERY MAY BE REQUIRED AFTER 10-12 YEARS' TIME.

PLEASE GUIDE ME , WHETHER OUR CASE WILL BE OK OR NOT.

SECONDLY AS MY MEDICALS ARE CLEAR, WHETHER WIFE'S REJECTION WILL CAUSE PROBLEM TO MY CASE.

It sounds to me that it's not going to be a serious problem with that report from the cardio.

If your wife were denied her immigration, you would also be denied.  Would you leave your wife if you could immigrate and she could not?  If you feel that strongly about your immigration, you could divorce and apply again, that is if she were denied.

i think this is not serious problem i know many childs and young people who have this problem but living very healthy can u tell me how medical doctor found that there is a hole wehther they send medical to chc or doctor told u at clinic that u have this problem

Dear, having surgery after 10-12 years shows its not a significant damage so could not be the solid reason for refusal ,however as Leon said if refused you all will be refused and hv to apply again if so...
