PMM, Leon & others help on this asap please!

its so unfortunate of me that im down to my 2nd rejected LMO application... first as a cleaning supervisor and the latest one as a cook... i know they usually say " thats life" and life sucks! but i dont have to quit and quitting is not an option! thats why im off to another option... and my plan is... to apply for FSW cat 3, and apply for restoration as a visitor.. do you think its a good idea or a bad one? can apply for a restoration as a visitor first then apply for fsw3 or can i do it both at the same time so ill have a valid reason why im applying for a visitor's visa and that is because im waiting for a PR application? do you think im making a point? or im just blubbing my frustrations out? please help me on this thank you
