Whats the way forward here?.I have been teaching English as a second language in South Korea(though I'm not a native English Speaker). I however hold NO Degree in any field.

I currently hold a 3 year National Business Administration Diploma ( Mode of study: full time), thus allowing me to claim upto 22 points( Education category).

I have been teaching the same for a period exceeding 4 years.I checked the NOC listing and my job title appears (skill type o and skill level a or b)

My main question is: Can i successfully claim 4 years working experience in a field that i had NO previous qualification?

yeah u definitely can.
on the website, it says your work experience doesnt have to be only that of your education, though it is advantageous.
however, u wont be penalised for sure.
just make sure your work experience is listed so that you are sure u can then claim the points on offer for employment.
hope it helps.
