Thank you so much mate, i am going to apply for travel of document because I have not received PR card. However, I get confused with the following information from web site of cic
"If you are a Canadian permanent resident temporarily abroad and wish to return to Canada this kit contains important information for you. As a Permanent resident of Canada then you have certain residency requirements and obligations to Canada. In order to demonstrate that you are a permanent resident of Canada, you must provide evidence that you have not lost this status and that you have met the residency obligation. The most straightforward way of indicating that you have fulfilled the residency obligation is to demonstrate that you have been physically present in Canada for a minimum of 730 days within the five-year period immediately preceding the submission of your application to the Canadian Consulate General any Canadian visa office outside of Canada"

I have not been living in 730 days so can I still be able to apply for travel of document?

U don't require that assurance of 730 days 'coz when u take your COPR to the local consulate they'd know that u have till 2015 to meet that. As of now u r still less than 3 yrs out of Canada.

You can get some ideas at mls.ca but if buying a house in Toronto is anything like buying a house in AB, you should talk with a real estate agent and they will help you find a house according to your wishes.

You should not buy a house without getting a home inspection by a reputable company.  The home inspector is trained to find hidden flaws with the property and can advise you of them so you can make your decision to back out of the deal or offer a lower price.  If the home inspector does not find a hidden flaw that he should have found and it ends up costing you a fortune in repairs later, you can sue his company for the costs.
