hello
i have left one blank space,in one of the forms,my application has been received on 16th oct 2009 at NS.
in case again i send them tht particular form updated,then how will they identify this new form and my application???does this help??
anybody who has done this ,and got a positive reply i.e AOR
So should I wait for their rejection or should I send them all new forms with cover letter explaining above mistakes.

Please let me know about the issue.

You can send a cover letter mentioning your date of earlier application, when it reached and draft no. Put in the amended info..I will advise do it immediately in order to save time.

It is obvious applications are filed in CIO as per their date rcvd. I had done the same as  I had forgot to mention that I had applied earlier for immigration, so I simply sent a one page letter mentioning the same,

out of all the forms,as per ur advice ,i shall send only the updated/corrected forms with a covering letter. Hope this should help me out. kindly let me know.

U r right zeba..rather than sending all the documents..just send the incomplete form as soon as possible. I dont know when u applied but do it before ur previous application is opened..All the best..

I believe you must send the entire application package with a new DD. Because it is very clearly mentioned in the guide, that first of all they will check your application for completeness. If it is not complete, ENTIRE APPLICATION PACKAGE INCLUDING YOUR FEE will be returned to you. So you should send complete application with new DD. you can get a refund of your earlier DD when it comes back to you.

some are saying if i make a mistake i should  send all documents ,but sm say only the updated form.wht to do,i m soo confused.
i have given DD,if i block my DD and resend the doc with a new DD, will i not have a black mark???
and i dnt whether i have really done a mistake--like:

1) in the spouse section i have kept blank when asked abt which company she worked,since i wrote houswife,and next column i left it blank,instead of writing NA.
2) in the education section ,since i have not attended any trade school,i left it blank,i think i should have written NA there.
are the above things ok,wht should i do???

Zeba..dont mind but by now you should have despatched your ammended form, rather than spending the time here.
 I can understand your confusion, but its time you take a decision. When deciding just check what is the status report of the person whose advice you are following..
