hey, frnds ,

my visa is rejected under spp in this intake .. n i think its a rule that i can not apply under spp anymore in future ..

bt a well known  consultant in my city told me that , that rule is for one intake only , n i can not apply under spp  just for this intake .. she says i 'can' apply under spp for next intake ..

she also told me that , though it is given in the check list of spp that once rejected can not apply bt still their  3  students got visa under spp in this intake who were rejected under spp in the previous intake ..

what do u say guys ??  should i take a chance n apply under spp for next intake again ?? she says my profile is good n im surely gonna get visa ..... or i should apply under general category ??

plzz ..do reply

waiting ....

regards ....!!!

Please tell your roadside consultant to STFU! Either She's making a fool out of you or she really needs to update her knowledge. It's clearly written in SPP Checklist, I quote

New requirement, beginning for September 2011 entry applications: those who have previously been refused any Canadian study permit application are not eligible to apply under SPP.

Agreed. Fire your consultant. She has no idea what she's doing.

no prashant its not possible ...see in general or spp there is not much difference in documentation... only the thing is spp having a good success rate as compared to generic program..

Hi,

Most likely she is talking about old SPP rule where a rejected SPP applicant can reapply under SPP after 12 months waiting period.

theres nothing like success rate in visa formats.....all are equal....students get visa in other categories too n get refused in SPP easily...it all depends upon ur overall profile...make it strong n visa is urs Smiley
