MY HUSBAND'S REAL BROTHER IS LIVING IN WINNIPEG, MANITOBA.ME AND MY HUSBAND WANT TO APPLY FOR MPNP UNDER FAMILY STREAM, IF I BECOME A PRINCIPAL APPLICANT, CAN MY HUSBAND'S REAL BROTHER SPONSOR ME UNDER CLOSE RELATIVE CATEGORY........... Yes you can apply. There is a family chart which we have to submit them to make them understand the relation. My mother's sister is in Regina and we applied under Family category with my father as principal applicant. The similar situation is with you . I hope this wil be helpful for you.
