so if i got 2nd aor ,it means my eligibility is complete i.e i have the required points for PR,so i assume tht my written proof from my UNIV for language,has been accepted.then why to give ielts exam?
wht say seniors?

 I am not a senior, but I can tell you that 2nd AOR means that you full application has been received by the visa office. If your e-case status shows that the application is being processed, then you can be confident that they have granted you 67 points. Otherwise, if it is pending review, they may still ask you to submit IELTS results.
