Hi,
I was refused the study permit in the first attempt.... i applied from q8 first..nw im plannin to apply from india but this month its like the high commision is closed for 10 days ... do you think i will be in tym for applyin for feb intake?? or should i apply from q8 it self.?

Hi,

Instead of re-application for the same intake with probably the same LOA, you should first analyze the reason of your refusal.

enfield is right...u should analyze previous reasons n abt closing of consulate, it doesnt remain closed for so long...there are only a few holidays that u can check on their site..

I was rejected on grounds that I havn't convinced the officer iwould leave the country after my studies...
