Plz Help - Visitor visa for parents

Hi,

I am PR of Canada and have been living in Canada since June 2010. My parents want to visit me from India in April-May on temporary visitor visa. Would some one kindly send me some example of invitation letter (not the one given on CIC web site; I am looking for some sample letter) and letter of support (showing evidence that I can support parents). I am also looking for other suggestions for further supporting documents to strengthen the case.

 My spouse is full time student and getting loans and govt. grants to complete study. I am earning close to CAD 30000 which is good for our family of 3 though we are still in low income class. However, my parents have enough funds to show. My father is retried from job and mother is still working as govt servant, still has one year till retirement. My elder sibling is also PR of Canada but he landed here once for few days and went back after that. Currently he is living with my parents. Can any one advice us the chances of getting visa to my parents.

Just to clarify that suggetions and questions are for Visitor Visa and not for Super visa

Any kind of suggestions and help will be highly appreciated.
